Living Barbie Doll Admits She’s Not Fit for Real Life

We all know we shouldn’t, but we’ll still do it anyway: judging someone’s parenting skills. We obviously don’t know their story or what their struggles are, but we’ll wonder why did they do this? Or why didn’t they teach their kids that? That’s how I’m feeling with this next story. Why did this girl’s parents raised her like a Barbie doll?

Angelica Kenova, a 26-year-old model from Moscow, Russia, has been working on her drastic look her entire life. Eating a special diet and having her own exercise programme so that she can maintain her Barbie frame. According to the Daily Mail she said, “Growing up, my parents raised me like a princess and never let me go out, date boys or have the usual adult experiences. As a result, I am not fit for real life – I’m like a living doll.”

With a 20-inch waist and a 32E bust size, Angelica insists that she has never had plastic surgery because, “cosmetic work is only necessary when one has serious faults.” Her proportions are manipulated through a lot of intense training and exercises.

But, Angelica isn’t quite as wholesome or angelic as Barbie. Her parents encourage her to take more salacious photographs as a model. Which might be why her goal one day is to be a Playboy Playmate.

I’m not sure if this is her “rebelling” and telling the world about her story, or if this is all a big marketing ploy to get her noticed. Did her parents make her take selfies of herself all dolled up, too? Or how about wearing Barbie gear, while looking exactly like Barbie? It’s like a giant neon sign for those who couldn’t tell.

I, personally, find her very pretty, yet creepy all at the same time. And yes, I know there’s a lot of photoshopping here, still she looks creepily good. What are your thoughts?

Lab Meets His Baby Sister For The First Time!

A parent’s worst nightmare is for something to happen to their baby. This couple has made a video on how to introduce your new baby to your fur-baby. They filmed the first time their baby girl was brought home and introduced to their energetic black Labrador Retriever. It’s great to see how daddy handled the situation with a curious and excited dog. When the pup got too close to the baby he moved away and slowly came back once the dog has calmed down. I’m pretty sure these two will make some pretty good memories together!

Please note that this is not the end. There can still be a real danger with dogs not fully understanding how to carefully play with a baby. As parents, you will always have to keep your eyes on both kind of babies. The key is responsible parenting!

What To Do When Your Pan Catches On Fire? DON’T Pour Water On It!

Our first reaction to putting out any fire is by spraying it with water. Unless you’re on fire, then it’s the commonly known Stop-Drop-Roll. But, (as some of you might already know) this isn’t the best method for containing all fire situation.

Let’s say you’re heating up some oil in a pan and you walk away (firstly, NEVER do that!). You come back and it’s on fire. This video shows you exactly what happens when you try to pour water on it. In short, the water will evaporate so quickly that it’ll send all the oil upwards carrying the fire with it. But since it does that so quickly in real time, all we’ll see is a huge fireball of an explosion. With the help of a handy-dandy (and expensive) slow motion camera, we can see the evaporation process and exactly what happens to the water.

Gav and Dan from The Slow Mo Guys  are the owners of this expensive camera that helps us see the finer details of life. At the 3:16 mark they tell us the best way to help contain a fire is by covering the pan with damp cloth.

Please do not attempt this at home, it will not be pretty. I don’t care what slow mo app you’ve downloaded, just don’t be stupid.
